ASPEN PUMPS GROUP – MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by ASPEN PUMPS LTD, registered at Apex WayHailsham, East Sussex , BN27 3WAUK (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to residents of Europe aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.
3. Entry
3.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3.2 Entries must be submitted via the official online form at https://aspenpumps.com/en-GB/apg-monthly-giveaway
3.3 Only one entry per person per month is permitted.
3.4 Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.
4. Promotion Period
4.1 The prize draw runs monthly.
4.2 Each monthly entry period closes at 23:59 (GMT/BST) on the last calendar day of each month.
5. Prize
5.1 One winner per month will receive a selection of products from Aspen Pumps Group brands.
5.2 The exact prize may vary each month at the discretion of the Promoter.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant monthly entry period.
6.2 The draw will take place within 25 days after the end of each month.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be notified by email using the details provided at entry.
7.2 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification.
7.3 If no response is received within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1 The prize will be delivered to a valid address within Europe provided by the winner.
